Must be he's trying to launder his dirty money through the casino. Any winnings coming out are profit. Example Breaking Bad- Walter White had to create a business to show a source of income. Then falsified documents to make it appear like it was from customer transactions. Had he took say a thousand dollars to the casino and came out with $500 that he actually won or $1500. It's now usable money. And he can show where it came from. Obviously you do it too much, and eventually they catch on. But I'm pretty sure anything under 1500 is not taxed nor has to be reported to the irs. May be more, I'm not certain! But ijs, this could be something he's doing. OR maybe he has only 30mins to spare and wants to increase his chances of winning in the same amount of time. People get seriously addicted to this shit. And honestly the more they lose the more they try to win it back. It's an extremely slippery slope
It’s called lose twice the money at once. My favorite is when someone is playing multiple vgt machines at once. They literally play against each other. Can watch one go down and the other go up the about same amount the other lost. Casinos are filled with geniuses.

A guy is out to have fun only to be recorded and put on the internet and judged. This is nobody's business and most likely a violation of the casino.
